| ATTENTION (Returns & Exchanges) YOU MUST OBTAIN AN RA NUMBER FROM CUSTOMER SERVICE. IT MUST BE WRITTEN ON THE OUTSIDE OF THE BOX (EXAMPLE RA# ____). IF OUR WAREHOUSE DOES NOT SEE THE NUMBER YOUR PACKAGE WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED AND WILL BE RETURNED TO YOU. Unwashed, unworn or defective merchandise may be returned within 10 days after delivery for a merchandise exchange or refund. All refunds are charged a 15% handling fee. Item(s) must be returned in condition received or merchandise will be returned to sender. Sale merchandise is final sale. No refunds or exchanges will be given on sale items. If you need to return an item, please call (888) 797-4337 to obtain an RA# OR email returns@sheepskinandthings.com You may return purchases by mailing it to our return department at the following address: Sheepskin and Things LTD Attention: Web Return Department 333 918 16 Avenue NW Calgary, AB, T2M-0K3 You will be credited for the cost of the items and applicable taxes less 15% restocking fee. Shipping is not refunded.
We recommend that all returns and exchanges be sent via a traceable carrier such as USPS, or FedEx. Sheepskin and Things LTD is not responsible for packages not received if sent via a non-traceable carrier. Returns and exchanges must be returned prepaid; we cannot accept C.O.D. deliveries. We do not pay for customs or brokerage fees. Return status Returns mailed to Sheepskin and Things may take one to two weeks to process after you mail it. Once processed, a credit is issued to the credit card used for the original purchase. It usually takes one to two billing cycles for the credit to appear on your credit card statement. | |
